We do not offer monthly maintenance packages.

The following are priced separately following an assessment:

  • Monthly or irregular visits

These jobs are quoted as a fixed price or hourly rate.

Visit Time & Completion Policy

Our packages are not sold as fixed-hour bookings.

  • Visit times are guidelines, not guarantees

  • Some visits may finish earlier if scheduled work is complete

  • Some visits may require additional time due to seasonal growth

  • Tasks are rotated and prioritised to keep your garden maintained consistently

This approach allows us to deliver long-term value while keeping pricing stable.

Weather & Seasonal Adjustments

Garden maintenance is weather dependent.

  • Visits may be adjusted due to heavy rain, frost, high winds, or unsafe conditions

  • If work cannot be completed, it will be carried over to the next scheduled visit

  • Pricing remains unchanged to ensure consistent monthly costs
